Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) 13-Week Contract | Johnson City, NY

Provide respiratory therapy care across all patient care units, mostly at the bedside

Assist with the management of ventilators and oxygen therapy for patients in critical care

Administer pulmonary care, including diagnostics, and assist with patient mobility when necessary

Ability to push equipment and work with limited access to O2 outlets

Work with patients of all age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics

Float across different units as needed, providing coverage where required

Document care provided accurately in EPIC

Job Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited School for Respiratory Therapy

NY State Respiratory Therapy permit or license

NBRC Registration as a Respiratory Therapist

Experience with EPIC EMR

Ability to float between units as required

Local candidates (within 50 miles) accepted at local rates

Strong clinical skills and flexibility in high-acuity settings

Work Environment:

Perform duties on all patient care units

Primarily bedside care, with limited access to oxygen outlets

Work with diverse patient populations across all age groups
