Travel Respiratory Therapist Position in Chicago, Illinois

Travel Respiratory Therapist position is available in Chicago, Illinois. Highly reviewed client in Chicago and the surrounding areas in Illinois is looking for travel RRTs for both day and night positions. Prefer prospective Respiratory candidates with ER or ICU background but all applicants are welcome. 

Common responsibilities: Therapeutic treatment and diagnostic testing performed with use of medical gases and equipment, environmental control systems, humidification, and aerosols; Administration of medications to the cardiopulmonary system; ventilatory support, including maintenance and management of life support systems; Bronchopulmonary clearance and breathing exercises; Patient education; cardiopulmonary resuscitation; Maintenance of natural and artificial airways.

Must have current Illinois licensure. Procedures are performed in critical care and non-critical care areas, on patients of all ages. 1-3 years of experience in a hospital setting providing respiratory care is preferred.
