Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate RRT to join a progressive healthcare facility in Akron, Ohio, for a 13-week contract. Make a difference in the lives of patients struggling with respiratory illnesses!

The Role:

Assess and manage the respiratory needs of critically ill patients on ventilators and other support systems.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Provide various forms of respiratory therapy, including airway management and nebulization treatments.

Educate patients and families about their respiratory condition and treatment options.

Maintain meticulous patient records and adhere to strict infection control protocols.

The Ideal Candidate:

Must hold an active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in the state of Ohio.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a critical care setting is required.

Strong understanding of mechanical ventilation, artificial airways, and various respiratory therapies.

Excellent critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills are essential.

A passion for patient care and a commitment to teamwork.
