Desired Qualifications:

Active certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Current state licensure

Proficiency in delivering a range of respiratory treatments and therapies

Familiarity with ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP devices, and oxygen delivery systems

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Experience in acute care or hospital settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and implement respiratory care plans for patients with various cardiopulmonary conditions

Administer and monitor respiratory treatments, including bronchodilator therapy, mechanical ventilation, and airway management

Perform diagnostic procedures such as arterial blood gases and pulmonary function tests

Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and equipment use

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, therapy progress, and response to treatment

Respond promptly to emergency situations and assist with resuscitation efforts as needed

Ensure equipment cleanliness, readiness, and compliance with safety standards
