Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active credential as Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required
  • Proven experience delivering respiratory therapy in a clinical setting
  • Knowledgeable in use of respiratory care equipment and monitoring devices
  • Current state licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Demonstrated ability to assess patient needs and implement care plans
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments and manage ventilators per physician orders
  • Perform patient assessments and monitor progress, adjusting therapies as needed
  • Educate patients and family members on disease management and therapy procedures
  • Collaborate with nurses and physicians to coordinate optimal patient care
  • Accurately document treatments, assessments, and interventions in accordance with facility protocols
  • Participate in emergency situations, delivering respiratory support as required
  • Ensure all respiratory equipment is properly maintained and sterilized

    $1,938 - $2,120/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
