This travel opportunity calls for an enthusiastic Registered Respiratory Therapist ready to contribute actively in a fast-paced hospital environment. Schedule/Hours:

  • 36 hours per week
  • Rotating shifts (includes every other weekend and rotating holidays)
  • Essential Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
  • Valid state license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain prior to assignment)
  • Previous experience in acute care or hospital setting preferred
  • Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
  • Adaptable and eager to thrive with multidisciplinary teams
  • Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive respiratory care, including assessments, treatment, and ongoing evaluation
  • Administer therapeutic interventions such as oxygen therapy, ventilator management, and aerosol medications
  • Monitor patient progress and document all interventions accurately
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and home care, as needed
  • Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety guidelines
