Schedule & Location

  • 13-week assignment
  • Nights of 12s and 8s (0630–1500 or 0630–1900)
  • Rotating every 2nd or 3rd weekend
  • Required to float between sites as census dictates
  • Key Qualifications

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in Wisconsin; CRT also accepted
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in critical care; NICU experience essential
  • Active ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Comfortable with EPIC charting (used within the last 12 months)
  • Demonstrated adaptability, resilience, and team-oriented attitude
  • Covid-19 vaccination or approved exemption
  • Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert respiratory care in emergency, NICU, and critical care settings
  • Adapt to various patient acuity levels and unit needs across multiple sites
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
