Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time, travel assignment
  • Rotating shifts (day/night/weekend availability as required)
  • Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • Certification by the NBRC (National Board for Respiratory Care)
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain)
  • Previous experience in acute care or hospital settings strongly preferred
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments
  • Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients of varying acuity, including assessment, therapy, and monitoring
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team
  • Operate and maintain respiratory equipment safely and effectively
  • Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record
  • Educate patients and families on respiratory health and equipment use
