Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver both basic and critical respiratory care services for adult and geriatric patients.
  • Work independently, demonstrating initiative and proficiency, while also supervising others as needed.
  • Assess, plan, and implement respiratory care in accordance with physician orders and departmental policies.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation, including electronic medical records, flow sheets, and patient charges.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of respiratory therapy protocols and procedures.

    • Qualifications & Experience:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist with current, valid credentials.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and provide oversight to others as appropriate.
  • Experience delivering care to adult and geriatric populations.
  • Strong understanding of respiratory diseases and associated treatments.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
