  • Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • Associate’s degree or higher in respiratory therapy
  • CRT credential also considered with significant experience
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
  • Previous acute care or critical care experience preferred
  • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver respiratory therapy interventions to a diverse patient population, including adults, pediatrics, and neonates
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams on comprehensive patient care
  • Perform respiratory diagnostics and rehabilitation as ordered
  • Monitor patient responses, adjust treatments, and document interventions
  • Participate in emergency response and advanced life support situations
