Schedule/Hours:

  • Qualifications:

  • Current license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program
  • One year of recent experience in acute care or hospital settings strongly preferred
  • Proficient with mechanical ventilation, airway management, and respiratory assessments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
  • BLS and ACLS certification (may be required)
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic procedures as prescribed
  • Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
  • Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment use
  • Ensure accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress
