Schedule:

  • 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
  • Every other weekend (EOW)
  • Essential Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
  • Active BLS certification required
  • NRP certification preferred
  • Experience working in acute care or hospital settings strongly encouraged
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
  • Strong critical thinking and effective communication skills
  • Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct respiratory assessments, treatments, and interventions for neonatal through adult populations
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot ventilators and related respiratory equipment
  • Participate fully in rapid response and emergency teams as needed
  • Document all care accurately and timely in compliance with hospital policies
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized patient care plans
