Key Qualifications:

  • Current credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • State licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Demonstrated experience in acute care or hospital settings preferred
  • Proficiency in performing diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment
  • Compassionate approach and dedication to patient-centered care

    • Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and implement physician-directed therapy plans
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain ventilators and other advanced respiratory equipment
  • Administer therapeutic measures including aerosol medications, oxygen therapy, and pulmonary hygiene techniques
  • Evaluate patient responses, document progress, and adjust therapies as necessary
  • Provide patient education and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams on care plans
  • Uphold safety and infection control standards at all times
  • Participate in emergency response situations such as code blues, providing airway management expertise

    $1,912 - $2,022/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
