Schedule/Hours:

  • Night shift: 7:00pm – 7:00am
  • Rotated weekends
  • Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
  • At least one year of experience in NICU and PICU settings
  • Valid NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively during night shifts and rotating weekends
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to neonatal and pediatric patients in intensive care
  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot advanced respiratory therapy equipment
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient care
  • Document all respiratory interventions, assessments, and responses with attention to accuracy and detail
  • Provide education and support to patients’ families regarding respiratory care
