Your Impact: This role provides hands-on experience in critical and emergency care by performing advanced respiratory therapy interventions and patient assessments in complex clinical settings. You’ll participate in ventilator management, airway procedures (intubation/extubation), cardiac and pulmonary diagnostic testing, medication administration, and mentoring new clinicians. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and patient/family education are central to this position, along with adherence to patient safety initiatives and documentation practices.
