Schedule:

  • Night shifts: 6:30pm–7:00am
  • Includes one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) per schedule
  • Key Qualifications:

  • Required minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy (preferred)
  • Current NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist and Respiratory Care Professional licensure
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications (or American Red Cross equivalents)
  • At least 6 months’ critical care experience; emergency department and pediatric background preferred
  • Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and electronic charting
  • Role Responsibilities:

  • Complete respiratory assessments and deliver complex care independently, especially in critical environments
  • Manage ventilator protocols, perform airway management, ABG sampling and interpretation
  • Educate and support patients, families, and less-experienced staff
  • Collaborate on interdisciplinary care planning to optimize patient outcomes
  • Maintain high standards for safety, accuracy, medication administration, and performance improvement
