Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel assignment (specific hours and shift details provided upon interview)

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer respiratory medications and treatments based on advanced clinical assessment
  • Deliver patient care in complex situations, especially in critical care environments
  • Manage and evaluate ventilator protocols using evidence-based guidelines
  • Exercise significant independent decision-making and demonstrate high self-direction
  • Provide education and emotional support to patients, families, and support systems
  • Facilitate coordination of care activities and participate in staff development
  • Consider and address population-specific care needs, including biological, psychosocial, and developmental factors
  • Support onboarding and ongoing education of new staff and colleagues

    • Desired Qualifications/Skills:

  • Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
  • Experience in critical care or high-acuity settings preferred

    $1,474 - $1,613/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
