Working in a large, full-service facility with a wide range of units—including Med/Surg, ICU, and Labor & Delivery—means you’ll encounter diverse patient cases, benefit from advanced technology, and observe innovative care strategies. Schedule/Hours:

  • 36 hours per week
  • Night shift (straight nights)
  • Every other weekend
  • May occasionally rotate to 11a-11p as needed
  • Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an RRT in acute care
  • Ventilator experience required
  • Skilled in drawing arterial blood gases
  • Active CRT or RRT certification from NBRC
  • Current MA Respiratory Therapist License
  • Experience with EPIC charting preferred
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, competent respiratory care in a variety of high-acuity settings
  • Operate and troubleshoot PB980 and Hamilton T1 transport ventilators
  • Perform ABG sampling and analysis
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
  • Maintain accurate documentation through EPIC EMR
  • Respond to respiratory emergencies
