Schedule:

  • Night shifts (12s and 8s): 6:30 PM–7:00 AM or 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
  • 36 guaranteed hours per week (excluding orientation and certain holidays)
  • Every 2nd or 3rd weekend
  • 13-week assignment
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
  • NICU experience required; comfortable in emergency and critical care environments
  • Current EPIC charting experience within the past 12 months
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, RRT or CRT; Wisconsin RRT license
  • COVID-19 vaccination (or eligible exemption)
  • Adaptable, resilient and collaborative with great interpersonal skills
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert respiratory care in NICU, emergency, and critical care units
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
  • Float as needed to nearby units/facilities within scope of practice
