Take your expertise as a Registered Respiratory Therapist to new levels by engaging with a diverse patient population, from neonates in the NICU to adults in critical care, and gain invaluable experience in a Level 1 Trauma setting. Schedule/Hours:

  • 3x12-hour night shifts (7 PM – 7:30 AM)
  • 36 hours/week guaranteed
  • Weekend hours may apply
  • On-call: 2 hours prior to each shift
  • Multiple positions available
  • 26-week assignment preferred
  • Desired Qualifications:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
  • Minimum of 3 years tertiary care, teaching hospital, and Level 1 trauma experience
  • BLS required; ACLS preferred; NRP for NICU assignments
  • Proficiency in NICU, PICU, acute care pediatrics, ED, and adult critical care
  • Strong communication, flexibility, and teamwork skills
  • Experience with EPIC EMR and modern respiratory equipment (Drager, Hamilton, Respironics, Trilogy, Vapotherm)
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver respiratory therapy across diverse hospital units, including critical care, surgical ICU, and IMC
  • Float as needed—including NICU and PICU settings
  • Safely manage acute and critically ill patients to optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with an expert team of 14-16 RRTs
