  • Role Highlights:

  • Float between adult critical care and level 3 NICU, deepening your adaptability and expanding your clinical skill set.
  • Engage with advanced neonatal procedures including high frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, heliox, neonatal intubation, ventilator management, bubble CPAP, heated high flow, neonatal arterial puncture, and delivery attendance.
  • Participate in NICU transport, an advanced skill enhancing your clinical portfolio (preferred).
  • Deliver respiratory care in accordance with physician orders—including diagnostic evaluation, therapeutic management, patient education, and rehabilitation of cardiopulmonary deficiencies.
  • Apply technology and protocols in a variety of care settings, focusing on techniques such as mechanical ventilation, airway care, bronchopulmonary hygiene, pharmacological interventions, and hemodynamic support.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • More than 3 years of experience in a level 3 NICU, demonstrating proficiency in all advanced neonatal respiratory therapies listed above.
  • Valid RRT credentials and ABG license required.
  • Active certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP.
  • NICU transport experience highly valued.
  • Strong adaptability and drive to support a varied patient population.
