  • Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and manage various ventilation therapies, including mechanical, CPAP/BiPAP/NIMV, and high-flow nasal cannula
  • Administer aerosolized and specialty respiratory medications safely and accurately
  • Provide advanced airway management, tracheostomy care, and support during intubation
  • Perform diagnostics: overnight oximetry, capnography studies, ventilator graphic interpretation
  • Participate in neonatal rapid response and pediatric care pathways, including RDS and CF management
  • Ensure compliance with clinical practice guidelines for asthma, BPD prevention, and nitric oxide protocol
  • Oversee equipment cleaning, calibration, and troubleshooting
