Step into a specialized respiratory care setting supporting neonatal and pediatric critical patients within a dynamic, multidisciplinary hospital environment. In this role, you’ll provide advanced therapy and evaluation for patients with respiratory diseases in a high-acuity NICU/PICU unit.   • Qualifications

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist credential and licensure
  • At least two years of current acute care hospital RRT experience
  • Certifications in BLS, NRP, and PALS required
  • Demonstrated experience in NICU/PICU environments and with advanced respiratory support
  • Recent hands-on familiarity with Meditech strongly preferred
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced situations while maintaining a strong patient care focus
  • Proven collaborator with a critical-thinking mindset
  • Comfortable providing coverage throughout adult floors when needed, including nebulizer therapy, BIPAP, and chest physiotherapy
  • Professional presentation: light gray/silver scrubs as required uniform
  • Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-level respiratory care and assessments for neonates, pediatric, and adult patients using advanced technology (High Flow Devices, Bunnell, Servos, Nitric Oxide, Heliox, etc.)
  • Accurately enter documentation in Meditech
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support comprehensive care plans
  • Float to additional units as needed, providing coverage in a wide range of respiratory modalities
  • Adapt quickly within a Level 1 adult and pediatric trauma center, Level 3 NICU, and across a certified comprehensive stroke center
