As a Registered Respiratory Therapist in this fast-paced environment, you will manage a diverse caseload encompassing adult critical care patients, including those in Surgical and Cardiac Intensive Care Units, Emergency and Trauma departments, and specialized units such as Neuro and Cardiovascular ICU.   • Required Skills & Experience

  • Active Registered Respiratory Therapist licensure
  • Demonstrated experience in adult critical care
  • Proficiency managing respiratory patients in busy, trauma-designated ED settings
  • Confidence in clinical decision-making and prioritization
  • Strong time management, positive collaboration, and willingness to assist colleagues
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on skills in blood gas draws and processing using GEM analyzers
  • Strong blood gas interpretation abilities
