  • Qualifications:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in either Pediatric ICU or Neonatal ICU
  • Strong pediatric respiratory care skills and knowledge of advanced ventilatory support
  • Proficient in interdisciplinary communication and patient/family education
  • Valid state license (or eligibility for reciprocity)
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, effective respiratory care to pediatric and neonatal patients requiring advanced support
  • Carry out ventilator management, CPAP/BiPAP setup, and emergency interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with medical staff to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
  • Educate and support patients’ families, ensuring clear understanding of care plans and home therapies
  • Document all interventions and patient responses in accordance with facility standards
